Even though I transferred €6.49 for 2 downloads, they still appear in my shopping cart. No downloads. Do I have to pay again? Am I doing something wrong? I followed the instructions on the payment form exactly.

Hello martina-horn3,
bank transfers can take a few days depending on the bank, and nothing is processed on weekends.
If necessary, you could contact support directly:
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/contacts/support
They should be able to help you there.
Good luck.

I paid via PayPal—that takes 10 minutes.
