Hello, hello, is there a library where I can view my purchased patterns at any time and download or print them if needed?

your purchased patterns as well as the free patterns you have downloaded can be found at any time in your account when you click on Account and then on Download:

https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/users/downloads

As long as your account exists and you don’t delete it, all patterns will remain saved there. There is also no download limit.

Hi Buntchen, welcome!

If you click on the “Account” tab and then open the “Downloads” tab, you’ll find all the patterns you’ve downloaded. All the patterns are stored there, and you can also print and save them from there.

Maybe someone can help me. I just ordered a pattern. Then a window popped up telling me where to transfer the money. So far, so good. But now I can’t find the order in my account, and I haven’t received an order confirmation by email either. Is that normal here?

how did you pay for the pattern?
Was it via PayPal or bank transfer?
If you paid via PayPal, the pattern is available to you immediately. Sometimes there may be a slight delay, but if you check the Downloads section again, the pattern will be there.
If you paid via bank transfer, the pattern will be made available to you as soon as payment is received.
