Overview and Editing Listings?

Hello, sorry, I'm new here. This has surely been asked 1,000 times already, but I can't find it.

Where can I find an overview of what has been listed but not yet approved? (so nothing simply gets overlooked)
And how can I edit listings I've submitted?

For example, according to an email, something was canceled for me. But there are 6 listings in my profile (even though I listed many more), while only 5 items are shown at the top. Where can you see how and what?

As far as I’ve been able to tell so far, you can’t see which items are still in “pending” status. That’s a real shame, because it’s so easy to lose track of things that way.
To make changes, you have to click on the item; then you’ll see a button in the top right corner that says “Action.” When you click it, “Edit” will appear there. However, you’ll then have to wait again until the change has been approved by the Moderator.
