I have that here ... where are you stuck?

For the “In Full Bloom” hat, the stitch count is off starting on Round 13, and by Round 15, I’m completely lost.

R13 should be crocheted basically like R10, except that your total stitch count then has to be 112, since stitches were apparently increased in R12

Crochet R14 like R11, total stitch count 112

what stitch count do you have after R12?

R15
there you should crochet 1 ch instead of one sc, then 8x a kind of puff stitch + sc into the dc, 4 sc in next ch, sc into the dc (the puff stitch, or rather the stitch grouping, consists of crocheting 5 sc into or around the ch from the previous round)

that's how I would interpret it; I haven't made this hat myself yet

but I'll put it on my hook and then see where the mistake is :-)


that's why I "love" books like this... haha... unfortunately I always get them as birthday gifts and I always feel half like gagging at patterns like these

so give me a little time, then I'll crochet it, and correct it for you :-)
