Help! I just ordered some patterns and selected bank transfer as the payment method, but now the order is gone. How can I find it again, and isn't there an order confirmation by email? Thanks

We do not send out order confirmations.
Check your bank statement—you should find the patterns you ordered there.
Since we haven’t received your payment yet, you won’t be able to download them just yet, but they should at least be visible.
If not, please send a message to support at support@crazypatterns.net.
