No download and no response

On February 15, the amount for the SM for two downloads was credited (bank transfer on February 14)....I'm still waiting for activation and at least a response to one of my inquiries!

It’s absolutely incomprehensible that they’re still steadfastly refusing to release the downloads! PayPal payment is verifiable!
