Dear Staff,
Unfortunately, I am unable to print the Dragon Scarf download I purchased today. I followed the instructions exactly, but the printer isn’t printing anything.
Can you help me, or is the download not authorized for printing?

Hello, 

if a pattern cannot be printed, it is often due to outdated PDF reader software or a font that is not installed. 
I recommend contacting the author of the pattern and asking for help.
