Paying by bank transfer

Hello!

When I make a bank transfer, where does the money go?
I’ve heard that the transfer isn’t processed within Germany.
Is that correct?

Hello Uwe,

the bank is based in Latvia, so in addition to the IBAN you’ll also need the BIC. 
Otherwise, everything works just like a normal domestic bank transfer. Your account may need to be enabled for international transfers if necessary (please check this beforehand if needed). 
There are no additional costs beyond those that apply to your account type anyway (with free online accounts, bank transfers are usually free).
