Questions about Spiralibus

Hello. I have two questions about the Spiralibus children’s hat.

1. What does “row” mean here? Does one row consist of a right side row and a wrong side row?

2. When decreasing: are the two stitches knitted together the same way I knitted the entire row? That is, knit or purl?

The right side row is one row, and the wrong side row is also one row. The decreases are done exactly as you described: knit on the right side row and purl on the wrong side row. It’s explained wonderfully here on the blog. But feel free to contact the author as well—she’ll be happy to help you.
