Store credit hasn't been added to my account

Hi everyone,

I added €10 of store credit to my account via PayPal, but unfortunately it still hasn't been credited.
I received a confirmation email from PayPal....

Does anyone know what the reason could be?

Hi Kirsten,
you have two registered accounts; the store credit you added can be found in your other account.

Hi Mario, I can’t access my second account because, first of all, the email address is wrong, and second, I don’t remember the password anymore. Is there a way to transfer my store credit to this account? Best regards, Kirsten
