Good evening,
I've just tried a few times to purchase a pattern. But every time I get an error message:
An error has occurred. Please check whether your account has been charged. If your account hasn't been charged yet, please try again. If the amount has already been deducted from your account and you haven't received what you paid for, please contact our support.
What could be causing this?
