Order for knitting patterns

On October 18, I ordered knitting patterns for 23.48E via a standard bank transfer. I have not yet received an email to print out the patterns. The money
has not been refunded to my bank account either. I would appreciate a response.

here at CP, the patterns are not sent by email; instead, they are available for download after purchase. With a bank transfer, that can take a few days, but I think the money should have arrived by now.

If the patterns you wanted aren't there, it's best to contact Support directly; they can then forward it to the appropriate people so the payment can be matched:
