I can no longer print my patterns from Morben Design; they're saved as e-books.

It’s best to contact Morben Design directly; she’ll be most likely to tell you whether specific print settings are needed.

I placed the order on my iPad, but I can’t open it there or on my PC either. Could you please resend the pattern so I can open it directly on my PC?

Your purchased patterns are only available for download there; they are not sent out.
If you have problems opening them directly, save them to your device first and then open them.
