if you click the Help button, you’ll see a section with pictures that explains exactly how the payment process works.

Did you maybe enter the numbers in the wrong order on your credit card or enter the wrong security code?

Hello Beni

credit card payment is only possible via PayPal and is not currently offered as a standalone payment method. A corresponding PayPal account is required.
