Why am I no longer receiving the newsletter?

Good morning,

I hope I’m in the right place with my question:
I haven’t been receiving the crazypatterns newsletter since around August, and I can’t figure out why.
I’ve already checked the “usual suspects”—correct email address, spam folder, etc.
I also briefly unsubscribed from the newsletter in my account so I could resubscribe, but nothing worked. :(
In my settings, I’ve selected the newsletter in German and for the topics “Crochet & Crafts.”

Hopefully someone can help me.

you can check your settings in your dashboard to see whether the newsletter is enabled.

thank you so much for your reply.
My settings look exactly the same—language set to German only, and categories set to Crochet and Crafts.
But I’m still not receiving any newsletters. :(

Maybe a Crazypatterns admin has another idea? :)
