I deposited 20 euros into my account. Then I ordered two patterns (€2.90 + €2.75), and now, according to my account statement, I only have €3.45 in store credit left.
How is that possible????
Please clarify. Best regards
DE

Hello Hanne,

You purchased the same pattern three times. I’ve canceled the duplicate purchases.

Best regards
Alexander
