Time Until Approval - Overview

Dear crazypatterns team,

How long does it take for a new item to be approved, and how can I keep track of what I’ve already uploaded (or whether it was received at all...)? Thanks for a quick reply. :-)

Hi, yes, normally it goes really fast, but right now things are very quiet on the team’s end—maybe they’re on vacation ;o) I also uploaded my new Halloween pattern on Friday, and it hasn’t been approved yet, and I haven’t received a reply to my question from Saturday either. Very unusual, but maybe the Crazypatterns team really is taking a little vacation.

Yes, I’m currently waiting for some items to be approved. Another thing I can’t figure out—how can I edit a product I’ve already listed, for example, to upload an updated PDF? For some reason, the only option I see is to delete the item.

You can download all patterns from us right away. Click on the button with your username at the top (next to the search bar) and then on “Downloads” - there you’ll find all the patterns you’ve purchased. 

How long might it take for items to be approved today?
And do you guys actually take time off over Christmas, meaning I have to submit items early enough so that everything is approved before the holidays?

Normally, you should expect a maximum of 2 business days. In special cases, it can take up to a week.
