No download despite payment

I purchased the "itty-bitty" pattern. Despite paying via PayPal, I haven't been able to download it. I've contacted them three times by email. No response...
What else should I do?

Did you receive an error message when downloading?
Or what happens when you click the blue download button on the product page for the pattern you purchased?
Here on crazypatterns, the patterns are _not_ automatically sent to your Kindle; you have to download them yourself.

When did you add funds to your account here on crazypatterns?
You can only use your store credit to make purchases once it appears in the top right corner of this page. Bank transfers may take 2–3 days.

Who did you email and not receive a reply from?
