Doesn't anyone read this here...?
I've written so many times already... 
Where is my money... it can't possibly take this long. 
I transferred €20 on May 2... and still nothing in my account.
How much longer is this going to take?

I have a few questions for you—please be so kind as to answer them.

Did you include your username with the transfer?
If not, the money can’t be credited to your account.
In that case, please send me the details via private message so I can look into it.

Do you happen to have a second account?
Some users accidentally create multiple accounts.
You need to log in with the account the transfer was made to.
Otherwise, it won’t work.

Did you perhaps transpose a digit when making the transfer?
Was the transfer returned?
Please do not copy any bank or account details into this thread.

Laura from support is currently swamped; please answer my questions so we can narrow down the problem.
