Purchased a pattern

Hi, I bought a pattern from you, but I haven’t received it yet—you can’t seem to find it. My name is Biene 1, but I didn’t include that on the bank transfer. My daughter, Ramona Klein, made the transfer using her cell phone. I’ve already messaged you a few times—you should know that—but I received a message from a moderator. Great—I mean, I gave my daughter’s information, but I don’t remember the details anymore. She doesn’t have an account with you. She only transferred the 7 euros to me for the pattern. I hope I’ll get it eventually—it has to be somewhere. Best regards, Biene 1

Deine Tochter kann ja auf Ihrem Kontoauszug kontrollieren, was genau als Verwendungszweck angegeben wurde und wann genau das Überweisungsdatum ist. Damit sollte sich auch von CP herausfinden lassen, ob das Geld angekommen ist und wo es "gelandet" ist.

wir haben bereits vielfach darüber gesprochen, aber ich erkläre es Dir nochmal.
Es ist keine Überweisung mit dem Namen Ramona Klein eingegangen.
Bitte frage Deine Tochter, ob sie eventuell einen Zahlendreher auf der Überweisung hatte.
Es kann keine Überweisung gebucht werden, die nicht bei Crazypatterns eingangen ist.
