The download goes into my Media folder and I can't open it

Hi everyone,

I bought something here for the first time today and wanted to download it. When the download finished, it somehow ended up in my media folder, and I can't open it. Even when I try to open it in WordPad, I can't read it because it just shows a bunch of random characters.

After downloading, you first need to unzip the patterns, because the patterns are zipped. To do that, you need a program such as WinZip or 7-Zip.

WordPad is not suitable for this, because the patterns—after unzipping—are either image files or PDFs. So you need a program for viewing images and Acrobat Reader. It’s available for free. You can find it on Google; just enter "download acrobat reader" in the search field.
