Need some help

I successfully uploaded a pattern to my shop, etc.
Which wasn’t easy, with WinZip and all.

Now, after a few weeks, I wrote another pattern and wanted to
offer it as well.

The problem: it disappears after a few hours.
I’ve tried twice now. I also still haven’t received an answer to my inquiry.

Where is the mistake now???

I don’t quite understand the question, but first take a look under “My Patterns.” To do that, go to your username at the top right and click the arrow. The fourth item from the bottom is *My Patterns*—go check there, and you’ll find it!

Something seems to be wrong with the profile, though—the profile page shows that -1 item is being offered, which is hardly possible. In my opinion, there seems to be a technical problem (database?). Alexander, could you please look into this?
