Help: No credit despite transfer

Dear customers,

Occasionally, bank transfers are made without specifying either the account number or the username. We are unable to identify or assign such payments.

Have you transferred the money and it still hasn’t arrived?

Please contact us by email at post@crazypatterns.net

Please send us the following information:

1.) First and last name of the account holder;
2.) Account number / IBAN of the sender;
3.) Date of the bank transfer;
4.) Amount transferred;
5.) Username on Crazypatterns.

This will allow us to assign any currently “pending” amounts.
