Why can't I view my purchased crochet patterns?

Why can't I view the crochet patterns I've purchased? I've lost a page from Häkelmaus, and I wanted to look it up, but the only thing in my downloads is the latest baby booties pattern. I've bought many, many more. Best regards, Vroni

Thank you so much, but I’ve only just realized my mistake. I was registered here as PaulaWesterwelle, and after changing my email address, I couldn’t get a new password. I had to delete my email address, spatzi.mausi.pupsi—which I used to register here—because it was hacked. Then I registered again as vroni1951. Maybe there’s a way to help me regain access to the patterns I’ve purchased.
