I bought the Lovely Bunny on Feb. 7—yesterday—and paid for it right away by advance payment, but I’m not sure if the payment was successfully credited to the correct account; I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Please let me know if I did everything correctly. The bank transfer is listed as SIA AISYS. Best regards, Helga Calies

welcome to Crazypatterns. SIA AISYS is the company that operates Crazypatterns, so that is correct.
As soon as your transfer has been processed, you can find your current store credit in the top right corner. Where it says "Account", "Help", etc., your store credit will also be displayed there.
Bank transfers sometimes take two to three days.
Did you include your username? That is important so the transfer can be assigned correctly.
