English pattern

I downloaded the Jolita scarf yesterday and ordered it in German—but when I opened the download, I found that the pattern was in English.
How can I get the German pattern?

Without a link to the product page, I can't tell you whether there is a German pattern for this scarf.
Try contacting support; they can cancel your purchase so you can buy the German version, if one is available. If there isn't a German version, you can then use the money to buy another pattern.
