Where can I find my sold items?

Hello everyone,

I’m new here—I stumbled across this site by chance on Facebook yesterday and am absolutely thrilled with crazypatterns.
Today I immediately uploaded a few patterns and have already sold one :-))))
Since I naturally wanted to know exactly which pattern I sold and who the buyer is, I searched my entire account but unfortunately couldn’t find anything.
Can you help me with this? Where can I check what I sold, when, and to whom?

Hi Thordis,

please follow these steps to find the information you’re looking for:

1.) Log in to your Crazypatterns account;
2.) Click the button at the top (next to the search bar) with your username;
3.) Click “Account Statement”;
4.) Click the month.

A list of sales, purchases, etc. should appear. The buyers are not shown in the list.

thank you so much—I’ve found it now. But I do have one more question:
Why aren’t the buyers displayed? I find it a bit strange that, as a seller, I can’t see who I’ve sold my items to.

I’m not sure whether the usernames (buyers) are relevant for sellers. At the moment, you can’t really do much with them - or have I missed something?
