I downloaded various things, but now I can't open the file?? What could be causing this?

Du brauchst einen PDF Reader und ein Programm zum Entzippen. Gibts beides gratis bei google. Einmal installieren und dann kannst du alle Dateien öffnen. Viel Spaß
