Unable to download

Unfortunately, I still can't download the pattern for the Guardian Angel Owl.
I don't know why!
Would it be possible to send me the pattern by email?

Kind regards

Hi Stephanie,
welcome to the forum.
What device are you using? There are sometimes problems downloading on a cell phone or tablet—can you use a PC or laptop instead? Could you try using a different browser for now, for example Firefox?

Do you have a PDF reader and a program for unzipping files installed?
You only need to install both once, and then you can use them to read or unzip all kinds of patterns.

What error message are you getting? Where exactly is the problem occurring during the download?
