I really enjoy buying patterns, but I can never open them on my smartphone or tablet. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to our forum and to crazypatterns.
A PC or laptop is better suited for opening patterns.
On a phone or tablet, you often have to install a PDF reader and an unzip program first—both of which are usually already installed on a PC or laptop.
Are you having specific problems right now, or is this more of a general question?
