I paid €7.20 for these bags, but I haven't received them. The amount was deducted from my account—please let me download them again or refund my money. Thank you and best regards, Christin57

as far as I know, you can download the pattern again by clicking on your username at the very top of the Crazypatterns page. A small menu will open, and there you’ll see “Downloads” — you should be able to download the pattern again there.

Downloading a file is not done by Crazypatterns; you have to do it yourself under “Downloads,” as Sundown explained. Just click on the file and allow it to download to your computer. The file will probably open and be displayed right away, but for later access it should be saved on your computer in the “Downloads” folder.

Important: Back up all your e-books to a USB stick or external hard drive from time to time, because if your computer ever breaks down, all your e-books will be gone too.

Patterns purchased once at crazypatterns are available for download at any time. So if you lose the pattern on your own computer, you can simply download it again.

How does the download work for tablets? When I click the download button, I can see that the tablet is loading, but there’s no download section, and the file doesn’t open automatically. Does anyone have any idea where I can find my pattern?

Have you checked the “Downloads” section of your profile again?
It should actually be accessible there, even on tablets.
