Store credit on a blocked account.

I deposited E 10.-- once and E 20.-- once. Of that amount, E 16.87 remains. I paid via PayPal. There is now E 16.87 left in my account. I would like my money back since I am no longer allowed to make purchases. Due to an accident and my age (74), I am a bit slower and perhaps a little more clumsy. Is that reason enough to block a customer? Especially when there is still store credit in the account. People on minimum pensions don’t have so much money that they can just give it away. I request a refund. Thank you in advance, Ingrid Sladek.

Zunächst einmal die Frage, wieso sollte Dein Konto auf Crazypatterns gesperrt sein? Wie kommst Du denn darauf? Wir sperren hier niemanden wegen PC-Problemen.
