Store credit on a blocked account.

I deposited E 10.-- once and E 20.-- once. Of that amount, E 16.87 remains. I paid via PayPal. There is now E 16.87 left in my account. I would like my money back since I am no longer allowed to make purchases. Due to an accident and my age (74), I am a bit slower and perhaps a little more clumsy. Is that reason enough to block a customer? Especially when there is still store credit in the account. People on minimum pensions don’t have so much money that they can just give it away. First of all, why should your account on Crazypatterns be blocked? What makes you think that? We don't block anyone here because of computer problems.
