I just ordered a sewing pattern for baby shoes—it was supposed to be 4.99, but suddenly 9.99 was charged; I didn’t notice it right away with the instant bank transfer. The amount is too high—I had already bought this pattern a while ago, so now I have two copies and have paid twice. How can I get a refund for the pattern I didn’t want?
