Bank transfers sometimes take a few days. As soon as the transfer has been received by crazypatterns, it will be credited to your store credit account and can then be seen in the top right under "Your Account Balance".
Did you include your username with the transfer?
Without a username, the transfer cannot be credited to your account. If so, please contact support
