Hello,
I bought a crochet pattern and was charged for it twice. I’ve already contacted the seller, and she wrote that I should explain my issue to support. But how do I contact them? I keep ending up in the FAQs. I don’t know what to do—maybe I’m beyond help ;-). Does anyone have any advice?
