Downloading purchased and paid-for patterns

I think I did everything right. I even saw the confirmation message highlighted in green.
Now I can't find the patterns. How do I access them again?

I downloaded two patterns on January 30, and now I can’t find them anymore. Best regards, Rita

Your patterns should be there.
If you paid by bank transfer, the transfer has to be processed first, of course, which doesn’t happen over the weekend.
It’ll take a few days.
But in the meantime, you can download any free patterns you like.
