Yesterday I bought a crochet pattern from CerryMinchen and paid via Sofort Überweisung. I’ve bought several items from her before and never had any problems downloading them, but unfortunately, since yesterday, I haven’t been able to download the pattern. I contacted a moderator but haven’t received a reply yet.
Can anyone help me?

I messaged Alexander—I had this same problem back in September. I bought and paid for something, but nothing showed up, and he helped me out back then. But he’s not responding anymore??
I bought something yesterday, paid for it, but nothing shows up to indicate that I made a purchase. I’ve bought from the seller (CerryMinchen) twice before and never had any problems—why isn’t it working all of a sudden?
