I bought the pattern “maschengedicht” by Veronika Haug, and I keep getting the message “File cannot be read” for the pattern. What can I do?

Hi Finkkarin,
I assume you’ve already downloaded the pattern and can’t open it. In that case, deleting the pattern and downloading it again usually helps. With larger PDF files, file errors can occasionally occur during the download.

@Finkkarin, welcome here to Crazypatterns.
In addition to the note from Mario / Haekelkeks, I’d like to point out again that you need to install a program for reading PDFs, e.g. the free Acrobat Reader or another free program suitable for your operating system.
You also need a program for unzipping files, e.g. the free program 7-Zip; without it, you can’t unzip the files. But maybe your system already has a program for unzipping installed?
