Sewing pattern paid for

Dear Sir or Madam,

Today, November 5, 2016, at 8:58 a.m., I transferred €6.29 for a sewing pattern
(reference: CPB-212441-288333).
I didn’t realize until afterward that I had to register.

Has the payment been lost, and do I have to pay again—meaning I’d be paying twice—or have you received the payment and will I receive the sewing pattern?

The website still shows that the item is in my shopping cart and still needs to be paid for.
