On November 1, 2016, I purchased a knitting pattern, “Unisize Fall Design No. 2,” and paid via PayPal. Item ID #3265952143 for 1.99 euros. The amount has already been charged by PayPal. Unfortunately, there is no record of this purchase in my account with you, and no download link is displayed. What do I need to do to download the knitting pattern?
