Pattern Won’t Open

I bought the "Starry Sea Baby Blanket" pattern from you yesterday evening. Unfortunately, I can't open it. Now I'm at a loss. I paid 3.50, but it was a waste of money. Please help!!

Did you unzip the file? The files are all zipped, so you need a program to unzip them. You can find a free program for that here: www.7-zip.de/
Right-click on the downloaded file; maybe you already have a program installed to unzip it?

Once the file is unzipped, you need a PDF reader to read the PDF, e.g. the free Acrobat Reader.

May I ask what device and browser you use to access the internet?

I would like to refer once again to CP's post here so that everyone can download their pattern. Since there are many different
devices, some of them cannot open ZIP files, so
you need the PDF file. CP provides both ZIP and PDF files
