Download keeps getting interrupted

Hi there,

One of our customers keeps having her Advent calendar download interrupted.

Everything works perfectly up to the 9th pattern, but then she gets an error message saying the page can’t be found or that its name has been changed.

The customer is still going to contact support, but could you please take a look to see what’s going wrong?

Hi, here’s a tip: she should try using a different web browser.

If she’s trying to access it from her phone, could it be due to her mobile data limit?

Well, I also think that 24 patterns might be a bit too much for even the coolest cell phone. :-D

But you’re right, Nicole. An Advent calendar on your cell phone would be really handy.
