Deposit and store credit

Hello!

On September 27, 2016, I deposited €30 into my account and then made purchases totaling approximately €16.63.
However, the remaining amount was not credited to my account balance. If that’s the case, I certainly won’t be buying anything else—after all, I don’t have a cash cow that spits out money. I’m a retiree with a small pension.
