Actually, each customer should only have one account here. May I ask why you need two?

Kuscheltier55 was my old account. Since I hadn’t had a computer for over a year, I had forgotten the username. Since I’ve been crocheting a lot for the past few months and am interested in your site, I needed a new username. At the time, I had the trial version of Windows 10. Since I wasn’t satisfied with it, I uninstalled it and went back to Windows 8. Now, strangely enough, the username has reverted to the old one. However, on my smartphone I also have the new username: fecher. When I buy something now, I can download it right away on both my laptop and my smartphone. That’s why I’d like to use my username fecher again. It’s a bit complicated, I know. I hope it’s possible. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Ingrid Rech

OK. Please contact support. They can change your username there. Unfortunately, I can't do that.
