Would you like a folder feature for downloads, similar to the one on the wish list: Yes / No? Please vote.

How can I organize my purchased patterns into themed folders (e.g., dolls, Christmas…)? I’ve accumulated so many patterns that it takes me forever to find the right one. I’d really appreciate any help!

Hi Wollbärli, have you downloaded the patterns to your computer or your phone/tablet? You can store this kind of data, for example, in the cloud—that is, on a server on the internet—and set up the folder structure you want there. Under the “Patterns” folder, you can then create several subfolders, such as Accessories, Jackets, Sweaters, Kids, Dolls, etc., where you can create additional subfolders as needed. This works not only for the patterns from CrazyPatterns, but for all patterns you have in digital form.
My PDF patterns are stored on an external hard drive connected to my PC, and I also have a copy in iCloud. However, there are various other providers for storing and backing up data, such as Microsoft or Google, depending on what mobile devices you use.  
Of course, you should think about a sensible structure in advance. In the cloud (regardless of the provider), your files are safe even if your phone, PC, or laptop breaks down and you can no longer access the internal hard drive, for example. 

I’d be happy if there were folders.

Folders would be very welcome, and I actually suggested this a long time ago.

Yes to folders for downloads. So far, I’ve been getting by by keeping the downloads in my Wish List as well.

I hadn’t even thought about that yet, but yes, it would definitely be handy.

Hi, it would really help if the “pre-sorted subcategory” from the Wish List could somehow be retained when making a purchase. Maybe in the download name? The first thing I do after downloading
is rename the file to include “Used/Needle #” anyway.

I’d also be happy to have a folder feature. 
Since everything is on my phone, it takes me forever to find something, and to be honest, I’ve lost track of it all.  
Unfortunately, I don’t have a PC or laptop where I could organize the patterns.
