I love hand-crocheted dish sponges made from sponge yarn! They’re so durable and practical, yet colorful and a real eye-catcher in any kitchen. You can wash them in the washing machine at 60° without them losing their shape or color. But they’re not just for the kitchen—they’re great in the bathroom, too. They work wonders as shower and massage sponges. I always crochet a few to keep in stock and give them away as little gifts, because my friends and acquaintances love them, too.

Here’s a small selection from my shop:

The ladybug dish sponge is very easy to make. For one sponge, you only need 20 g of black and 15 g of red sponge yarn. Give it as a good-luck charm! Maybe for Mother’s Day?

A little taste of summer: the sunflower dish sponge! You’ll need 20 g of yellow, 10 g of green, and 5 g of brown sponge yarn.

And here’s another cute teddy bear dish sponge. Kids especially love it for bath time. And it also makes washing up more fun for them!

Motif cloths with motifs from many areas of life
you can knit quickly, whether you’re a knitting pro or a beginner knitter.
They are suitable as dishcloths, cleaning cloths, washcloths, potholders, etc.
With 50 g of cotton yarn, you’ll have plenty for one cloth.
However, it’s important that your yarn is a solid color. That’s the only way the motif will really stand out.

From my motif collection, I’d now like to show you 2 individual motifs and a set with 4 motifs.
Each pattern has a written section (row by row and stitch by stitch are written out)
and a chart.
Gift bands to print out in various colors and with various motifs
are included as a free bonus.

Lovingly knitted and given as gifts, pot holders with a beautiful design bring great joy. But of course, it’s also fun to knit something for your own kitchen. How about the stylish “Squares” set, for example, which is an eye-catcher in any kitchen? Or how do you like the “Star Chef” set, which is also a lovely compliment for the chef?

Here you can find the Star Chef pot holder set

I have a few granny squares for you in my shop. There are 8 different granny squares in total, all matching in size. That way you can crochet pillows, blankets, and much more, and you won’t get bored.

Here Granny Number 5 Flower

Granny Number 7 Calm - a rather simple granny square

In the patterns for my granny squares, you’ll find a crochet chart, and every round is also described in writing. Photos complete the whole thing.

Stylish potholders are a great addition to your own kitchen or make a wonderful personalized gift. The potholders offered in my shop are crocheted using the doubleface technique, so both sides of the potholder can be designed with different motifs. The motifs included in the patterns can be combined however you like.

Potholders with a wine motif - two-color potholders are best for getting started

For advanced crocheters, these potholders with an owl motif are a good choice

or these “Africa” potholders

Of course, there are many more motifs as well. I look forward to your visit.

Dishcloths are also a great way to use up leftover yarn from your cotton stash.

With this pattern, you can crochet each row in a different color.

The pattern is very dense and compact, making the dishcloth very grippy when used in the kitchen.

The stitches used are single crochet, chain stitches, slip stitches, double crochet, and half double crochet.
