Messages (written on a cell phone) get truncated

Yesterday I sent a customer a very detailed explanation. Only the first two words went through, and she’s understandably upset… As if I’m not trying to help. Okay, so I’ll try again today. The first three sentences are there, but the rest is missing again… I can’t very well send a separate message for every sentence… Is it just me?

I haven’t noticed anything like that so far. I’m also not aware of any word limit.
Could you maybe send the explanation to the customer via email?
At least until the issue is found or resolved...

Could you try switching browsers, just for a few minutes?
Or do you have the option to use a different device? Maybe it’ll work better there?

I can do it on my computer, which is what I’m going to do right now. I just thought I’d ask if I’m the only one having this problem. I’m using Chrome for Android.

Well, at the moment no one but you is having this problem
but don’t worry about it—sometimes phones or even PCs have "creative behavior," in other words, quirks. Restarting can fix many of these quirks.
