I just tried to print a round-neck poncho.
Unfortunately, I only get half of it printed.
Since I paid for the pattern, I’d like to ask you to look into the matter
for me!

it’s best if you contact the designer directly. It’s possible that she can resend the pattern to you via email.

Hi Polterabend, this is usually caused by an issue with your computer system—for example, incorrect printer settings, a document that hasn’t been unzipped, or an outdated version of Adobe Reader. Have you checked all of these possibilities yet?

As the two authors have already written, please update your Acrobat Reader or PDF reader if necessary, and possibly your printer driver as well.
Do you have the option of temporarily using a different PC, laptop, or device, or a different printer?
