When I try to download it, I get a message saying the pattern is unreadable! What can I do?

Hi AnRue, do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open PDFs?
You can’t open the patterns without a PDF reader—you’ll need to install it first (it’s free), and then it’ll work.
