I can't read the pattern!

When I try to download it, I get a message saying the pattern is unreadable! What can I do?

Hi AnRue, do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open PDFs?
You can’t open the patterns without a PDF reader—you’ll need to install it first (it’s free), and then it’ll work.

If you’re using a smartphone or tablet, please download the appropriate app from the App Store.
Please contact us again here in the shop if this doesn’t resolve the issue.

It's already installed! I can open all the other patterns just fine!

OK, then please contact technical support

Good luck
