I can't open the downloaded file

I purchased a sewing pattern on March 30, 2016, but I can't open it. It was a "Letz Fetz" pattern for children. I paid with PayPal.
How can I get the sewing pattern now?
Please help.

welcome to our forum and site.
The files are zipped, which means you’ll need to unzip them before you can open them. Try right-clicking on the file—you might already have a program like that installed. If not, you’ll need to download and install one, and then you’ll be able to open all zip files.

If downloading and opening the file just won’t work at all, you can also view the file online by clicking the blue button below the “Buy” button on the product page. This will let you skip the unzipping step.
